Jessica was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of Kartra blew my mind.

It was like all the hard thinking had already been done.

I would definitely recommend, and I would use her again in the future - like she says, she doesn't expect us to be the mechanic, but she does want us to know how to operate the vehicle properly and safely. I feel this was definitely achieved, but that I might need a (Kartra) mechanic in the future for certain things, but basic maintenance and use I feel confident in now.
