I have a SPAM Lead In Kartra - now what?
It happens to the best of them, sometimes a lead gets marked as spam and it was an accident. They need to get information from you and can’t because the system won’t send to them because of the SPAM Mark. Here’s how to get it corrected.
How did this happen?
Spam complains happen when the lead clicks the “report this email as spam” from their email preferences. When this happens you can no longer email them.
What if it was an accident? How do I undo this?
YOU cannot undo this, the lead has to email Kartra and request that their status be restored. Since you likley have open communication with this person you can ask them to email Kartra.

They need to provide YOUR NAME and the Email Address Associated with YOUR Kartra Account, as well as their Email Address that is blocked as spam.
