Kartra’s Email Notifications
Email Notifications in Karta are one of my favorite (HIDDEN) areas that totally need your love and attention. Email Notification are Automatic, emails that get sent to YOUR TEAM, YOUR AFFILIATES, or YOUR LEADS when a defined action happens.
IMPORTANT - Email Notifications in Kartra are ONE FOR ALL with in the type of notification. Use dynamic fields when available.
In To Your Leads
Calendar Notifications - When a subscription is pending, when a booking is confirmed, when a subscription is not approved, when a subscription has been cancelled, when an appointment has been cancelled, sending log in credentials, reminders, and rescheduled notifications.
Campaign Notification - When a campaign has been shared
Help Desk Notifications - When there is an email thread reply, when there is a helpdesk thread reply, to confirm a ticket has been received, log in credentials
Membership Notifications - password resend, welcome message (default), and new post unlocked
Transactional Notifications - Rebill reminders (1,3,7 Day options), order confirmation, failed payments, credit card warning on expiration, Partial and full refund notifications, rebilling failures, subscription cancellation confirmations, rebill confirmations, subscription cancellation pending confirmation, download link delivery, cancellation cancelled, and chargeback.
In To Your Affiliate
Pending Approval, Payment on the way, sale notifications to affiliates, sale notification to JV, Affiliate rejection notificaiton.
In To Your Team -
These can be assigned to a person on your team with an action (example, lead completes form: Intake form, send to team member who is in charge of onboarding)
Affiliate - New Affiliate Signed Up
Calendar Notifications - Booking pending, new booking, subscription declined, subscription cancelled, event cancelled
Helpdesk - new ticket
Lead Action - completed an opt in form, subscribes to a list, subscribes to a sequence, subscribes to a membership
NOTE: Tag is not an option here (at the time of this writing)
Membership Notifications - Comment posted, Comment waiting for moderation
Transactional Notifications - SALE!, full refund, new recurring payment, subscription cancelled, chargeback notification, new shipping order, partial refund, subscription pending cancellation, subscription cancellation cancelled
Survey - Lead completes a survey, anonymous survey completed
IMPORTANT! with in Karta’s Email Notifications there are many spelling, grammatical, and personalized templates. I highly recommend reviewing EACH one for accuracy, personalization and if you want this notification enabled for your business.
